The "View 1 Reported Issue(s)", when clicked should display the issue in a screen like when delinking an issue.
When viewing linked issues to a Test Run, you have to search for the issue. I feel that this is a not needed step, and what should happen is when you click on the bug icon, and then click on "View 1 Reported Issue(s):", it should display like the "Delink issue option", where you can select the issue from the drop drop down, and when you select the issue, it displays the issue like the "View Issue" pop up screen.

Test Runs Home page is enhanced to show this detail on the click of Issue icon at the Test Run level. An overlay with issue details is shown when the user clicks on the icon.
