The Worksoft SaaS entity type 'Files' allows you to get your automated tests to implement advanced functionality:
- Perform 'Browser' Uploads of files into the AUT (Application Under Test)
- Access 'Files' that are created dynamically within a Test Run.
The home screen for the 'Files' module allows you to:
- Viewing a listing of Files currently available within a specific Project
- Searching/Filtering the files listed using various filters
- Upload new files manually that later can be used by your automated tests to perform 'Browser Uploads' into your AUT
- Edit metadata (description, label(s)) associated with a previously uploaded File
- Replace previously uploaded files without losing the linkages to other Worksoft SaaS automation entities
- Delete files that you no longer want to be used from within your automated test
