Searching/Filtering & Sorting the 'Files' List
Searching Files:
To search for the uploaded files, follow the steps below.
1. Click on "Search Icon"(magnifying glass icon) on the right-hand corner.
2. A search section opens up with available parameters to filter your search on. Provide the necessary information.
3. Click on 'Search' button
4. The results are displayed in a grid below the search section.
Sorting Files:
Sort the uploaded files by clicking on any of the column headers - File, Size, Product or Last Used.
Upon clicking on any of the given headers, following sorting takes place.
1.File: Alphabetical sorting of the file name( A - Z or Z - A ).
2.Size: Sorts based on file size( ascending or descending)
3.Product: Alphabetical sorting of Product name
4.Last Used
