Overview


Worksoft SaaS Analytics provides you with strong and rich reporting structure. This plays an important role for you to understand the application behavior while performing tests on cross browser and cross device. It also helps you plan the capacity and subscription of Worksoft SaaS. Click here to know the Subscription plans.





Different Analytics are accessible by different roles that a Worksoft SaaS domain user can have:
  • Domain Administrators/Customer Administrators
  • Customer Users
Domain Administrators/Customer Administrators:
Domain Administrator/Customer Administrators, we have 2 categories of reports available.
  • Quality
  • Subscription Usage
Customer User:  
For a user, analytics are presented in two views; Tree View & Dashboard View. And the same can be accessed from Hamburger menu as shown in the figure below



Dashboard View
Dashboard view is a subset of the Analytics Reports which lets you visualize the Test Cycle Level Test Outcomes Reports in pictorial representation at a glance. It helps you gain valuable insight and drives in giving you a quick understanding of the results of the test runs executed on your application. You can find more information here.  

Tree View
Customer Users, we have 3 categories of reports available 
  • Quality
  • Planning
  • Subscription Usage
  • Performance (conditional based on your subscription)
