This enhancement allows you to generate customized reports within the Worksoft SaaS Analytics module 'concurrently'  within the panes 'Quality', 'Planning', 'Subscription Usage' and 'Performance'.  Until now, if you requested reports to be generated within one pane, you were not allowed to request the generation of reports under any other pane until the report generation completed for your prior request.

You can also generate customized reports based on a specific time period you choose for some of the reports for which the time period was a canned time period chosen for you previously.

To customize reports for a specific time period, just provide the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' after you click on Customize Reports ( icon shown below) available at various levels and within different panes within the Worksoft SaaS Analytics.

'Quality' reports: For 'Customer Admin' and 'Customer User' roled users

• Test Execution Outcomes by Time Period: This customer-admin user accessible report will allow you to custom generate the reports based on the time period. The maximum period for which these reports can be generated is 365 days prior to current date.
  


• Test Cycle Level Test Outcomes: This report set will appear on the top within the 'Quality' pane. This release does not change any process for the generation of these reports.
  


• Project Level Test Outcomes: This report set will appear right below the 'Test Cycle Level Test Outcomes' report set. With this release, you will be able to customize the time period for which you want this report set generated. To generate reports please enter the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' in the pop-up that appears after you click on "Customize Reports" button. The maximum period for which these reports can be generated is 365 days prior to current date. 

'Planning' reports:

All the reports in this pane have been made enhanced in this release.

• Traceability and Automation Activity: This will have an option to customize the report generation based on 'time period' you specify.These reports can be generated over a maximum time period of 365 days prior to the current date.
  


• Capacity Planning: Excel report can be customized by specifying a time period with a maximum period of 90 days prior to the current date. 

'Subscription Usage' reports: For 'Customer-Admin' and 'Customer-User roled users

• Capacity Utilization For Functional/Regression Testing and Capacity Utilization For Performance reports can be customized by clicking on "Customize Reports" button and specifying a time period with a maximum period of 365 days prior to the current date.

• Concurrency Usage reports for the Project or Domain can be generated for a maximum time period of 90 days prior to the current date.

The image below shows the 'Configure Custom Filter' pop-up that you can use to specify the time period for those reports that allow you to enter a time period.

'Performance Testing' Reports:

There are no changes in generation of the Performance reports. You can continue report generation in same manner as you have been doing. 

Please note that the refresh icon used to generate the reports has been removed.
