Worksoft SaaS Analytics gives you an insight into the Test Runs automation status and metrics along with Domain level analytics for better planning. Its structure allows you to capture data at a very granular level. The Analytics Configuration at the Project level leverages the user to configure the hierarchy based on the desired output.
Before you get started with generating customized reports at each level, there are key points that you should be aware of. While you can generate the rich analytics based on the different categories it is equally important to know the pre-generation configuration that is/are required. The reports on the Test Run executions, Capacity Consumption, Concurrency usage depend on the Test Executions and to view the required results, it holds equal importance to configure the hierarchy and map Worksoft SaaS entities to Labels.

Labels:
Labels play a very predominant role in Worksoft SaaS. While it is understood that the entities mapped to Labels are used for search or filter the artifacts and pull up the records, it helps determine the statistics of the Test Runs.
Worksoft SaaS creates 10 different parent labels along with respective child labels. Of these parent labels, the most important labels which help in report generation are listed below
- Application Modules
- Automation Entity Purpose
- Root Cause for Failure
- Automation Entity Purpose
- Test Automation State
- Testing Purpose
It is very important to tag your Application Modules to Test Scripts, while it is not mandatory to tag Business Workflow and Usage Steps labels in your Functional/Regression Tests.
