createBodyPartFromScreenshot (Team Notifications, Alerts and Collaboration)
Compatible with:

- This command is used to create an 'email body part' from the 'screenshot' passed as input.
- The 'target' for the command is the 'screenshotid' stored by using the getIdentifierForFirstFailedInstruction or getIdentifierForLastFailedInstruction
- The 'value' for the command is a name you provide to the 'body part' that you will end up using as input to the command 'appendBodyPartToBody'.
