Worksoft SaaS Slack Connector Overview

Worksoft SaaS supports integration with Slack.
The core component that facilitates the integration of Worksoft SaaS with your company's Slack account (workspace) is the Worksoft SaaS App for Slack. One of the users within your Worksoft SaaS domain that has the 'Admin' role can install this app from within the Worksoft SaaS portal.
Once the integration has been completed, Worksoft SaaS can start sending (pushing) Slack notifications with valuable insights about the (pass/fail) outcomes of test cycles and/or individual tests within the test cycles together with test meta-data (screenshot, link, success state, testing platform). In addition, several slash commands are supported within the Worksoft SaaS Slack App that allows you to easily retrieve (pull) a list of your most recent tests and test cycles and details on their outcomes. Links to Worksoft SaaS tests can be unfurled from within your Slack app channel as well to retrieve (pull) additional meta-data about the tests.
Please note that you need not worry if you haven't created the channels before the Slack Configuration. You can also create the channels after the configuration with Worksoft SaaS. The new channels will be reflected accordingly in the channel dropdown in the Worksoft SaaS application.
