Let's get started with the Slack Installation process..!!

Worksoft SaaS users with 'Admin' rights can proceed with the installation process. Users not having the Admin access can reach out to your Administrator for setting up the notifications.

After logging in to Worksoft SaaS, you can integrate Slack by choosing a Project for which you would like to receive notifications. You will be redirected to slack.com where you can select the default channel to receive the notifications.

Below are the sequence of steps for Slack Installation:

Step 1: Login to Worksoft SaaS Saas as an Admin

Step 2: Under the More dropdown, click on Configure Integration of Slack

Step 3: To the top right corner of the screen, click on Create button which takes you to the page,  'Configure Integration of Slack for Project(s)'

Step 4: Now, select a Project and click on the Install button, which redirects you to slack.com website on clicking "Ok" on the " Confirm the Action Requested" popup.
