Raw Data in the Analytics Dashboard

Besides the charts shown in the Analytics Dashboard, raw data is shown in the form of the table gives you detailed information about the different Run Definitions, Issues, and the respective counts with hyperlinks of the specific Test Cycle.

By default, you can see the four options available in the dropdown as shown below. If the data for any of the report is not available, then the respective option is not shown in the dropdown.


Test Outcomes by Run Definition: This gives you information about the run definitions that were executed as part of the test cycle. You can check the number of times the run definitions were executed along with their Pass and Fail counts.

Additionally, you have a provision to perform drill-down to the filtered results by just clicking on the counts available in the grid as shown below.


Test Cycle Level Net New Issues: This table gives you the information about the new issues that are created for the Test Runs tagged to the specific Test Cycle.

You can perform drill-downs to view the issues/annotations by clicking on the Issue Key links or the arrow shown just to the top right side in the Annotation field as shown below.


Test Cycle Level Unique Issues: This table gives you information about the existing local issues that are linked to the failed tests of the current Test Cycle.

Test Cycle Level Failed Runs Gap Issues: This table gives you the information about the different run definitions and the execution details of the tests executed under that specific test cycle.

Custom Sheets: You have a provision to configure the 'Custom Sheets' in the "Transactions Detail Report" along with the default sheet. In a similar way, if you want to view the custom sheets related information in the Analytics Dashboard page, you can select the "Customize 'Raw Data Tables" option available in the 'Analytics' tab under "My Project Settings" module. The custom sheets which are configured and the information which is available to view in the Test Cycle Transactions Detail Report can also be viewed here in the tabular format.
