You would need to create an API token (if it is not already done) for your Atlassian account to configure Jira Integration in Worksoft SaaS if you choose to go with option 2 (Using Jira API Token based authentication). 

To create an API Token from your Atlassian account, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to https://id.atlassian.com/manage/api-tokens.
2. Click on the 'Create API Token' button.
3. From the dialog that appears, enter a memorable and concise Label for your token and click on 'Create' button
4. Click on 'Copy to clipboard' button, then paste the token in the 'Jira API Token' field while creating the Jira Usage Context(s).
