Included in this release are the following features:

• QaCONNECT REST API Improvement: Scheduling of Test Runs with append/override the Data Filters to the Test Runs using QaCONNECT Schedule service

  The QaCONNECT REST Service that many of you use to schedule test runs is now enhanced to include the additional parameters (currentDataFilterName. replacementDataFilterName) where you can override the data filter of the respective Data File(s) bound to the test runs. Also, please note that the parameter 'currentDataFilterName' is optional where upon leaving this field empty and the value passed in 'replacementDataFilterName'  is used during the execution of the test(s).

• Productivity Improvement: Inclusion of name of the Test Cycle Identifier in the Worksoft SaaS Email Notifications

  When your application under test(AUT) has gone through some changes and the automated tests are executed on different browser platforms using multiple test cycle identifiers differentiating functional/regression/cross-browser tests. Worksoft SaaS notifications are triggered to the respective users via email once all the tests complete their execution. Currently, the name of the test cycle identifiers is not shown in the subject of such email notifications which creates havoc in checking and categorizing the failures.

  From this release, you can enjoy the benefit of having the name of the test cycle identifier in the subject of the email notifications which will ease your work by grouping the same test cycle identifier together.

  
  

• Productivity Improvement: Refresh button in the Test Cycles module

  Worksoft SaaS gives you a provision to refresh the page by using the 'Refresh' button for the test cycle identifiers in the 'Test Cycles' module which is similarly available in the 'Test Runs Home' screen.
