Each customer (or partner) of Worksoft gets their own secure and private space within the Worksoft SaaS Test Automation Platform. This space is called an Worksoft SaaS "Domain".

Each customer domain entitled the customer to one or more of the following "subscription plans" based on the purchase agreement(s) with Worksoft SaaS:
  • Web Application Testing
    • Functional Tests

Each subscription entitles the customer to run tests of a particular type for up to a maximum number of hours per day (we call that "capacity") that can be consumed by a maximum number of concurrent/parallel tests (we call that "concurrency").
