Creating first Test Script

1. Creating the first Test Script
As you know, there are 3 Test Scripts in our Test Case, however, we will be combining the first 2 Test Scripts only for the benefit of this training, because we want to learn about another feature of Worksoft SaaS which is the ability to execute standalone Test Scripts. 

After creating the Test Script, we also want to be able to playback and see whether the recorded Test Script is executing as expected. To do this, you know that we assemble the first and second Test Scripts into Scenario or Run Definition. But since you already know how to do this, I will be showing you how to execute the Test Script as standalone. In this case, we will not be assembling the Test Script into Scenario, but we will be executing it directly. Hence, if the 2 Test Scripts are combined, it will be easy to demonstrate this feature.
    
       
2. Practice
  1. Open browser(Firefox or Chrome) and enter the URL of the AUT: https://www.worksoft.cloud/training/insurancecal/prod.html 
  2. Click Menu and click on Test Scripts and click 'Create', Select the Product Name 'Health Insurance Cost Calculator' and Click 'Use QaSCRIBE'
  3. Enter the Test Script Name 'Automate - Open Webpage & Enter Inputs for HICC - State = NJ Zip = 08817 Age = 45 Income = $20000' and Calculate'.
  4. Enter a Description for this Test Script: 'This Test Script is being used to build automation of HICC'
  5. Click on the Label icon to assign label as 'Application Module'
