Root Cause for Failure Labels

1. Root Cause for Failure Labels

    On the Dashboard screen, as the RCF labels are unassigned, 'By Root Cause of Failure' section will be empty. 
    Let's assign the labels in the Transaction Details Report.
   
    
2. Practice

    Assigning RCF labels
  1. Download the Transactions Detail Report
  2. Navigate to 'Test_Cycle_Transaction_Log' tab
  3. Apply Filter 'Is success' - No
  4. Run failed under the test cycle will be displayed
  5. Depending upon the failures (after doing the triage), RCF label is assigned in the Home screen/Execution Results screen of an RD
    Re-generation of 'Test Cycle Level Test Outcomes' reports
  1. Navigate back to Analytics screen after assigning the RCF labels for all the failed runs
  2. Hover the mouse on the TCI for which reports are generated
  3. Click on the delete button in tooltip-content
  4. Reports will be deleted
  5. Now I will click on test Cycle level Test Outcome
  6. Click on Customize report select the Test cycle Identifier to regenerate the report.
  7. Upon Successful generation of reports. We can generate Dashboard.
  8. Navigate to the Dashboard screen
  9. As the RCF labels are assigned, the bar graph with RCF labels will be displayed in 'By Root Cause of Failure' section
