While Worksoft SaaS provides a large variety of commands to perform various tests, but there are few functions which cannot be automated. This includes but not limited to:

• Placing & Receiving Calls
• SMS (OTP, 2FA)
• Selecting Locations on Google maps
• Sync with Calendar app
• Taking screenshots using device controls
• Taking pictures using Camera
• File upload (only images are supported) & Download
• Scanner (QR codes)
• Audio and microphones are not supported i.e voice recording
• Sensors
• Captchas
