System Requirements for QaSCRIBE

Browser Requirements:
QaSCRIBE is a Browser "Add-On" for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers.
QaSCRIBE is developed to use Web Extensions API, and therefore works on:
- Chrome versions 63 and above
- Firefox versions 56 and above
- Microsoft Edge versions 100 and above
In case you enabled 'auto-update' of your Firefox browser, in case you experience any minor loss of feature/functions in QaSCRIBE immediately after an automatic browser upgrade, it is recommended that you download the version of your browser to an earlier version you had on your computer (and if you choose to report the issue to Worksoft SaaS Help Desk). This loss of feature/function, if any, could be due a small time lag between when a new version of browser is available (and auto-updated on your computer) and when QaSCRIBE may be certified on that new browser version.
Please note that even though QaSCRIBE works in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft , the tests you develop using QaSCRIBE can get executed as WebDriver tests on the Worksoft SaaS Cloud on 900+ desktop and mobile browsers, OS and device combinations.
Hardware Requirements:
There are no specific hardware requirements for QaSCRIBE. However, it is strongly recommended that the desktop/laptop computer on which you install QaSCRIBE have at least 2 GB of RAM for its optimal performance.
Operating Systems:
QaSCRIBE works on all Operating Systems including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux.
