Configure Worksoft SaaS SAML connector app at Okta
To install and configure the Worksoft SaaS SAML connector app, login to Okta portal with 'Admin' privileges/role. From the 'Applications' tab, click 'Add Applications' and search "Worksoft SaaS".
Once the Worksoft SaaS connector app page is loaded, click 'Add'.
Provide an appropriate 'Application Label' for the application and make your choices in the 'Application Visibility' section. You may have to check both the checkboxes as the integration is a Service Provider initiated and one will have to navigate to the respective Worksoft SaaS domain URL like https://acmetech.eureqatest.com to initiate the login. Click 'Done' once you finish entry of the appropriate information.
Right click the hyperlink "Identity Provider metadata" and download the metadata XML.
Once you have the SAML Metadata, login to Worksoft SaaS domain with the admin credentials. Navigate to the Federated identity Provider configuration page and follow steps specified in the following link to complete integrating your IDP with Worksoft SaaS.
