Install QaSCRIBE ( Manifest V3 ) - Chrome

Before you read this you may want to see:


Follow the steps below
    Step 1:  Open the extension page
    • On the top right corner of the chrome browser, you will find the vertical ellipses icons click on them to open the menu, select the More tools option and then click on the Extensions 



    Step 2:  Search for QaSCRIBE
    • In the middle, you will see the search input field
    • Enter “qascribe” in it to find all QaSCRIBE versions installed in your system.
    Step 3:   Remove  Extension that is based on Manifest Version 2

    • Click on the Remove button to remove the extension.  
    Step 4: Install the new version of QaSCRIBE based on Manifest Version 3
    Step 5: Verify Installation
    • Now that installation is done this is what you are going to see.        

    • Once after successful installation, in the Test Script edit screen, you will see the execution and recording buttons are enabled.
