Follow below steps to create data filter from data filter home page
- Create a Data Definition and respective Data File and upload it to Worksoft SaaS.
- Create a Filter for the respective Data Definition click on hamburger menu and select Data filters option.
- Select the required Attribute, Operator and appropriate description to the filter.
- The operators are something a user can assign to define the range/value of the attribute. There are few operators like “=”, “!=”, ”>=”, ”<=”, ”>”, “<”, ”IN”, ”NOT IN”, ”BETWEEN” and "DISTINCT". For more information on these operators, click here.
- A filter can be applied to multiple attributes.The "and"& "or" operator would help in filtering between the attributes.
- Select the Data File on which the filter criteria has to be applied.

Upon selecting the Data File, filter is automatically applied and corresponding rows are displayed in the grid format. You can also use the premium/editor viewer to view and update long or structured content (like JSON, XML, JavaScript, etc.,) within the cells of your data files
- To save the Data Filter, click on Save & Exit.
