Before reading this you might want to read:

New versions of QaSCRIBE get deployed into Production quite often. One can upgrade to the latest version of QaSCRIBE from Download Center. 

If QaSCRIBE is installed but a newer version is available, you will see Upgrade Available.

Mouse hover on "Up to Date" to see a snapshot of the version of QaSCRIBE currently installed.

 Please follow the below steps to Upgrade QaSCRIBE.
  1. Click on the Upgrade button.
  2. A browser popup appears. Click "Allow" to enable Firefox to download the QaScribe software onto your computer.
  3. Click on Install once the software downloads.
  4. Click on Restart Now on the popup appeared.
