QaSCRIBE is available for you to install as a browser add-on from the Worksoft SaaS Download Center (within the Worksoft SaaS application). 

For list of browsers, operating systems supported, you must read the system requirements for QaSCRIBE.

If you are currently logged into a browser other than one of the supported browsers and attempt to download/install QaSCRIBE, don't be surprised to see an alert message that lists the list of supported browsers and advises you to login into your Worksoft SaaS domain using one of the supported browsers. Don't worry! You can access Worksoft SaaS application using any browser. To install QaSCRIBE, you just have to log in into the Worksoft SaaS application using one of the browsers that supports QaSCRIBE.

Installing QaSCRIBE (for the first time): 

Follow these simple instructions to install QaSCRIBE once you logged into your Worksoft SaaS domain (using one of the browsers that support QaSCRIBE):

1. Login to your Worksoft SaaS domain using one of the browsers that support QaSCRIBE
2. Navigate to More -> Download Center
3. Click on "Install Now" button right next to QaSCRIBE component

4. Follow the browser instructions provided below for the add-on to be installed in your browser.
   

   Browser	Message Prompt
   	Click 'Add extention' button and the add-on will be installed in your browser.
   	Click 'Allow' to continue the installation process.                 Click 'Add' button and the add-on will be installed in your browser.
   	Click 'Add extension' to continue the installation process.                       Click 'Get' button and the add-on will be installed in your browser.
