You can delete a Test Cycle in Worksoft SaaS manually using the Worksoft SaaS application. You will NOT be able delete a Test Cycle using QaCONNECT REST API.
Follow the instructions provided below to delete a Test Cycle manually within the Worksoft SaaS application.
For the specific Test Cycle that you want to delete from the Test Cycles listing grid, click on the 'delete' icon (identified by the graphical icon depicted below).
When prompted for confirmation, select 'YES' in the confirmation dialog for the Test Cycle to delete the cycle.
You can delete a Test Cycle that you no longer wish to use, irrespective of its status ("Open" or "Closed").
Please note that once you delete a Test Cycle, there is no way for you to retrieve/revive it back. If you need that cycle again, the only way that exists is for you to recreate that Test Cycle again afresh manually (or through QaCONNECT REST API).
